About One Love Ministries:

Purpose:

The Preditor responsibility is to increase the visibility and professionalism of One Love’s ministry through creative, informative, and quality video production. The Preditor is responsible for making videos that are engaging and professional — Expanding the reach of the Good News of the Gospel and the various activities that promote evangelism, discipleship, and engagement in the Great Commission. The Preditor will ensure that One Love’s video outreach will increase in frequency, quality, creativity, and engage the local congregation and global church. A creative and technical component is necessary for this job, so that our videos are attention catching, yet still being produced and distributed with high-quality sound and audio.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain a level of excellence in video communication for One Love.
• Implement initiatives that promote the ministry’s continual growth, reach and impact through Gospel-centered messages.
• Support the continual development and quality of video production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Videoing announcements, testimonies, video and audio podcast, and events every week are fresh and engaging for our congregation.
• This may include support with video and slides needed for weekly spotlights. Spotlights are various ministries that have 3 minutes spots before our weekly sermons.
• Work with Marketing Director to film various time-sensitive messages.
• Work with our Social Media Team for various campaigns.
• Support with video scripts, managing talent, and locations for creative video.
• Editing weekly sermons, which include adding intro, outro, and overlays.
• Editing video/audio Podcast
• Making reels of sermons and podcast to post on social media
• Editing announcements, devotionals, and events throughout the week with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Edit weekly sermons, which include adding intro, outro, and overlays for KALO TV, to 28:30 segments.
• This may consist of editing the audio for the best view experience.

Distribution

• Edit and upload packaged video messages for Vimeo, YouTube, the One Love website, and Subsplash.
• Edit and upload packaged audio messages Libsyn, Subplash, and the One Love website.
• Providing various announcements, devotionals, and events to the media team for distribution on the website, social media, and spotlights.

Other 

• Keep documentation on what Radio/TV stations are airing the sermons.
• Suggesting what upgrades and changes can be made and improved upon on our current video equipment and processes.
• Work with media and marketing team to support WordPress website page creation and formatting.
• Making a budget for equipment upgrades, repairs, gifts for team members, and improvements.
• Supporting a calendar of events to promote at One Love’s various ministries and annual events.
